An inner tank sits inside a fully enclosed outer tank, so if the inner tank ever leaks, the outer one catches it. Internal baffles stop fuel sloshing about, a galvanised frame takes the knocks, and everything comes ready to use: dipstick, vent pipe and fittings included.
